How to Rent (Procedure)

You can contact us via phone +65 8870 0883, WhatsApp, or email nihao@evarental.sg. Let us know your project details, preferred excavator size, rental duration, and site location.

Typically, we require your company details, site address, contact information, and a signed rental agreement.

We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance to secure availability, especially during peak construction periods.

What’s Included

  • Excavator Bucket Type – includes the excavator with a standard bucket only. Attachments like breakers are considered add-ons and charged separately.

  • Excavator Vibro Type – includes the excavator with either a Vibro hammer or Auger attachment (choose one).

Additional attachments are available upon request and subject to availability.

Yes, our excavator rental basically includes a professional operator to ensure safety and efficiency. If you prefer to rent without an operator, please contact our customer service or sales representative to discuss your specific needs.

Diesel is generally not included. Machines are delivered with diesel and should be returned in the same condition or refueling charges may apply.

Hidden Fees

We believe in transparent pricing. All charges (transportation, overtime, diesel, etc.) will be clearly listed in your quotation or invoice.

Yes, a refundable security deposit may be required depending on rental duration and customer history.

Damage due to misuse or negligence will be charged. Normal wear and tear is covered in the rental terms.

Mobilisation (Transport & Setup)

Yes, we handle transportation to and from your job site. Charges vary based on location and machine size.

Mobilisation fees depend on the distance and machine type. A clear cost will be provided in your quotation.

We will do our best to arrange delivery as soon as possible based on machine availability and transport scheduling.

Overtime Rate

A standard rental day includes 8 working hours. Anything beyond that is considered overtime.

Overtime is usually charged per hour beyond the standard 8 hours. Rates depend on the machine size and whether it includes an operator. A clear calculation will be provided in your quotation.

Weekend and holiday work is allowed, but special overtime rates may apply. Please check with us for details in advance.
