How to Rent (Procedure)
How do I start the excavator rental process?
You can contact us via phone +65 8870 0883, WhatsApp, or email nihao@evarental.sg. Let us know your project details, preferred excavator size, rental duration, and site location.
What documents are needed to rent an excavator?
Typically, we require your company details, site address, contact information, and a signed rental agreement.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3-7 days in advance to secure availability, especially during peak construction periods.
What’s Included
What does the excavator rental package include?
- Excavator Bucket Type – includes the excavator with a standard bucket only. Attachments like breakers are considered add-ons and charged separately.
- Excavator Vibro Type – includes the excavator with either a Vibro hammer or Auger attachment (choose one).
Additional attachments are available upon request and subject to availability.
Is an operator included in the rental?
Yes, our excavator rental basically includes a professional operator to ensure safety and efficiency. If you prefer to rent without an operator, please contact our customer service or sales representative to discuss your specific needs.
Does the rental include diesel?
Diesel is generally not included. Machines are delivered with diesel and should be returned in the same condition or refueling charges may apply.
Hidden Fees
Are there any hidden charges I should be aware of?
We believe in transparent pricing. All charges (transportation, overtime, diesel, etc.) will be clearly listed in your quotation or invoice.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, a refundable security deposit may be required depending on rental duration and customer history.
What happens if the machine is damaged during rental?
Damage due to misuse or negligence will be charged. Normal wear and tear is covered in the rental terms.
Mobilisation (Transport & Setup)
Do you provide delivery and pick-up services?
Yes, we handle transportation to and from your job site. Charges vary based on location and machine size.
How much does mobilisation cost?
Mobilisation fees depend on the distance and machine type. A clear cost will be provided in your quotation.
How soon can the excavator be delivered?
We will do our best to arrange delivery as soon as possible based on machine availability and transport scheduling.
Overtime Rate
What is the standard rental time per day?
A standard rental day includes 8 working hours. Anything beyond that is considered overtime.
How is overtime charged?
Overtime is usually charged per hour beyond the standard 8 hours. Rates depend on the machine size and whether it includes an operator. A clear calculation will be provided in your quotation.
What if the work continues on weekends or public holidays?
Weekend and holiday work is allowed, but special overtime rates may apply. Please check with us for details in advance.
